Are your fragrance oils safe?
We are proud to offer the highest quality fragrance oils. Our oils are certified by the International Fragrance Association (IFRA™) for their content.
Are the fragrance oils safe to be used on skin or indirect application?
The fragrance oils are highly concentrated substances and therefore not suitable for cosmetic use. Please handle the fragrance oils with care and properly wash/clean if there is a spillage.
Can I use my fragrance oils with a humidifier-type diffuser?
Our fragrance oils are designed to work with our waterless diffusers. We cannot guarantee adequate performance with other types or brand products.
How do I clean spilled oil?
Our diffuser cleaner can be used to clean any spillage as long as the surface or area is not reactive to alcohol.
How are your fragrance oils used?
Our fragrance oils can only be used for waterless cold air diffusers. Do not mix them with water. When refilling, remove the diffuser bottle and fill it up to the rim of the bottle, approximately 80% of bottle capacity. Do not discard the original diffuser bottle.
Is the fragrance oil harmful to my hardwood floor, carpet or furniture?
No, the fragrance oils are cold air diffused to nano-particles and will not leave residue on your floor surface or furniture.
How do I store my fragrance oils?
Our fragrance oils are best kept in a cool, dark place where temperature fluctuations are minimal.
What is the shelf life of my fragrance oil?
Our glass bottle packaging prolongs the integrity of our fragrance oils and offers a shelf life of 12 months from date of purchase.
Do you offer business-specific oils?
We work with many types of businesses and can recommend scenting solutions based on what has worked well for similar clients. If you need a proprietary scent for your business, we can help you find your unique brand signature scent.
How do I download the mobile app for my diffuser?
The mobile application used for our diffusers is called Scent Marketing and can be found on Google Play and the App Store.
What is the warranty of my diffuser?
All our diffusers have a warranty of 12 months from date of purchase. If the diffuser malfunctions due to the usage of fragrance oils that are not our own, the diffuser no longer holds a warranty.
